Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TrenzioHub is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to the sender due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
